Responsibilities

• Promote and deliver engaging Today at Apple sessions about Apple's products and services that encourage active customer participation.
• Generate excitement and engagement among the internal team and customers for Apple products and services.
• Mentor and train Today at Apple team members to develop their knowledge and skills.
• Drive ownership by recommending solutions that meet customer needs and help create owners.
• Maintain knowledge of new products, technologies, and trends to facilitate relevant sessions.
• Perform other tasks as needed, including supporting customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
