Job summary

Confidential, a leading player in women’s fashion, seeks an Associate Director of Creative Photoshoot & Marketing Production to drive end-to-end production of photo shoots and related assets for multiple brands. You will plan, execute and deliver seasonal and e-commerce imagery while ensuring brand integrity and on-time delivery.

You will also manage post-production workflows, coordinate talent and studios, and mentor the in-house Graphic Designer.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of fashion/photography/creative-production experience.
• Strong hands-on experience managing fashion/photo shoots from pre-production to final asset delivery.
• Experience with PDP, e-commerce, flat-lay photography workflows and asset requirements.
• Experience directing, mentoring and managing a Graphic Designer or similar creative resource.
• Strong network of studios, photographers, stylists and production vendors.
• Experience managing budgets, negotiating vendor rates and controlling production costs.

Responsibilities

• Own photo shoot production from initial planning through final asset delivery.
• Plan and execute seasonal e-commerce, advertising, social, brand and retail photo shoots.
• Own the creative production and execution of PDP and e-commerce imagery, maintaining continuity and brand integrity across all product photography.
• Coordinate product, samples and merchandise required for each shoot.
• Partner with Design, Marketing, Sales and E-Commerce teams to understand seasonal priorities and creative direction.
• Manage shoot logistics, including schedules, call sheets, studios, talent and on-set execution.
• Oversee post-production workflow, including image selection, retouching, trafficking and final asset delivery.
• Direct, mentor and manage the Graphic Designer from brief through final execution.
