Responsibilities

• Maintain and prepare pastries, desserts, breads, ice creams and related items per recipes.
• Coordinate with Pastry Chef and Executive Chef on prep sheets and daily specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment per Health Department standards.
• Prepare menu items following recipes and yield guides; monitor inventory and waste.
• Assist in organizing prep items and ensuring readiness for service.
