Qualifications

• Food preparation knowledge and line work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all pastry items in accordance with company-approved recipes.
• Develop new and innovative pastry items to be used as specials or potential new menu items.
• Ensure that all dessert components are fully stocked and prepared for service.
• Follow all safety and health rules for sanitary food handling and kitchen cleanliness.
• Daily set up workstation and keep it neat and clean.
• Assist coworkers to ensure efficient operation of the line.
