Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, business, sports administration, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in corporate partnerships in sports/entertainment.
• Understanding of solutions-based partnerships and marketing with ability to translate info into revenue-driving recommendations.
• Strong project management, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive development of innovative partnership proposals and recaps with teams.
• Develop and maintain streamlined processes for proposal creation, file management, CRM data tracking, and related materials.
• Coordinate proposal and presentation needs, timelines, and cross-functional resources as project manager.
• Apply graphic design and storytelling to convey partnership value in proposals and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships across the partnerships team through proactive communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and service processes for efficiency.
• Provide admin support for sales, including fulfillment and shipments to clients.
• Maintain a library of creative elements (assets, imagery, descriptions, mock-ups).
