Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a packaging engineering/science degree (preferred).
• Meets coursework in packaging, mechanical, or paper engineering.
• Creative and conceptual thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to brainstorm packaging concepts and explain through sketches and conversation.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Open to improvement through feedback.
• Familiarity with 2D/3D CAD tools such as ArtiosCAD and SolidWorks.
• Coursework or projects in packaging design, materials or structural design.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design packaging considering value, aesthetics, and branding throughout the product development cycle.
• Develop packaging concepts through brainstorms and sketches for toys and games.
• Create 2D and 3D CAD files for cost-effective, sustainable packaging.
• Create detailed packaging specifications and bills of materials.
• Prototype fully assembled packaging, including whites and blisters.
• Work with cross-functional partners to evaluate cost and keep projects on schedule.
