Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in creative operations, marketing operations, or project management.
• 2+ years in high-volume creative or marketing workflows preferred.
• Proven track record with capacity planning and workload balancing.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own department capacity planning and adjust assignments as needed.
• Monitor project progress to keep launches on schedule.
• Ensure adherence to naming conventions and workflow standards.
