Qualifications

• Experience in Creative Project Management and studio operations.
• Experience managing creative workflow, timelines, resource needs, and overseeing studio operations, routing, scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative intake, scoping, scheduling, resourcing, and end-to-end workflow.
• Track timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate reviews, feedback cycles, and asset routing.
• Communicate project status, risks, and alignment updates.
• Optimize workflow tools.
• Oversee daily studio operations, traffic management, and creative routing.
• Maintain asset libraries, DAM structure, governance, and archival systems.
