Equinox in New York is seeking a Senior Director of Creative Operations & Services to lead the operational excellence of the creative organization. You will partner with Marketing leadership to oversee workflows, budgeting, and resourcing, driving innovation and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled tools, cross-functional planning, and scalable processes to enable exceptional creative output while maintaining efficiency and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in creative services, creative operations, production management, or marketing operations.
• Proven experience leading teams, managing complex creative workflows, and overseeing departmental budgets and resources.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience implementing project management technologies, AI‑enabled tools, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative operations, overseeing project intake, scheduling, prioritization, production planning, and workflow management.
• Align production schedules with marketing calendars, campaigns, and business priorities.
• Oversee resource planning, capacity management, sourcing, and workload allocation across internal teams, freelancers, and external partners.
• Develop and manage creative services budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Lead strategy, evaluation, and implementation of AI-enabled tools across creative operations.
• Foster cross‑functional partnerships and drive accountability across departments.
