The ideal candidate will write and rewrite VO/VOSOT scripts, edit video using non-linear software (Adobe Premiere), and stay current with daily news content, including monitoring competitive sources for updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient with newsroom software and video editing tools.
• Knowledge of FTP for large file transfers.
• Creative writer who prioritizes accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Write and rewrite VOs and VOSOTs scripts for broadcast.
