NewsNation is seeking a Creative Marketing Producer, VFX Editor/Compositor to lead high-end promos and sizzle reels, collaborating with the Creative Marketing team to write, edit, and produce compelling promotional content.

The role emphasizes editing, visual effects, and color work within assigned budgets and deadlines, including social promos and sales videos. On-site, full-time with a salary range of $85,000–$100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Creative Services experience in cable, broadcast, or post-production.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with AI platforms such as Adobe Firefly; Higgsfield.ai is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Director and team to conceive, produce, write, and edit promotions to boost ratings.
• Edit and create visual effects for high-end image promos and sizzles.
• Assist other producers as Colorist and VFX/Compositor on other projects.
• Plan, organize, schedule shoots, voiceovers, or music composition for campaigns.
• Coordinate and supervise all graphic work for promotion campaigns.
• Provide creative input to graphic, print, and motion design teams.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

NewsNation, America's fastest-growing television network, is looking for a Creative Marketing Producer, VFX Editor/Compositor to join our Creative Marketing team. The ideal candidate can write but is also an excellent visual storyteller with an eye for editing and strong VFX and compositing skills.

ROLE

To produce, write, film, and edit promotional materials for the television network, NewsNation within assigned budgets and deadlines with a focus on editing and visual effects for high end image promos and sizzle reels. Promotional materials may also include social promos, sales videos, and other content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To collaborate with Creative Director, fellow Writer/Producers and Creative Marketing Team to concept, develop, produce, write, and edit assigned promotions projects to increase ratings or exposure of programming.
• To collaborate with Creative Director, fellow writer producers and Creative Marketing Team to edit and create visual effects for high end image promotion and sizzles.
• Assist other producers by acting as the Colorist and VFX/Compositor on other projects as assigned.
• To produce, plan, organize, schedule and coordinate any production shoot, voiceover sessions, or music composition necessary for the execution of assigned promotion campaigns.
• To coordinate and supervise all graphic work created in the execution of assigned promotion campaigns.
• To provide creative inspiration to graphic, print, and motion design artists.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 Annually

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of Creative Services experience in a cable, broadcast, on-air, boutique agency, or post-production environment including writing, producing and direction commercials for on-air promotions.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience is a collaborative post-production environment with knowledge of industry standard equipment and practices.
• Experience with A.I. platforms such as Adobe Firefly and Higgsfield.ai a plus.
