Job summary

NewsNation, part of Nexstar Media Group, is seeking a Creative Marketing Producer, VFX Editor/Compositor to create promotional content for on-air and digital campaigns. You will write, shoot, and edit with a focus on high-end visuals and compelling storytelling.

You will collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to deliver on-brand promos within budget and deadlines, while applying color, VFX, and motion graphics to elevate programming branding.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Creative Services experience in a cable/broadcast/post-production environment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience in a collaborative post-production setting with industry-standard equipment and practices.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Adobe Firefly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Director and team to concept, develop, produce, write, and edit promotions to boost ratings.
• Edit and create visual effects for high-end image promos and sizzles.
• Assist other producers as Colorist and VFX/Compositor on projects.
• Plan, organize, schedule shoots, voiceovers, and music for campaigns.
• Coordinate and supervise all graphic work for promotion campaigns.
