Happy Money is seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to own creative across happymoney.com, paid social, paid search, email, direct mail and organic social. You’ll lead as the in-house designer for assets, templates and pages, and you’ll appear on camera for social videos.

You’ll tell customer impact stories of debt payoff and progress toward goals, refine a refreshed visual identity, and leverage data to guide what to make next.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in graphic design, creative or content marketing with hands-on execution.
• Portfolio with short-form and long-form work across web, email, print, video.
• Strong typography, color and accessibility skills.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy and execution across all channels with a documented content calendar.
• Design and produce assets for paid ads, email, direct mail, and social platforms.
• Lead organic social presence and act on-camera for short-form content.
• Build creator and influencer programs and manage asset library.
