Job summary

Risk, a leading international iGaming company, seeks a Creative Marketing Manager to drive high-potential entertainment markets with data-driven campaigns and compelling creative systems.

You will craft fresh video, static, and playable concepts; brief designers; analyze CTR, CPI, CPA, and ROAS; monitor trends; and scale winning practices across GEOs while collaborating with media buyers and designers.

Qualifications

• Experience creating creatives for digital advertising on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or other performance channels with a focus on CR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Experience running creative and competitor research.
• Ability to create and adapt videos in different formats, including UGC content, using AI tools to speed up.
• Data-driven thinking: analyze campaign results and metrics to inform decisions.
• Deep understanding of digital trends and willingness to test new tools and approaches.
• Hands-on AI fluency for idea generation, task automation, and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Create fresh concepts for video, static, and playable creatives.
• Write sharp briefs for designers and production teams so ideas turn into assets quickly.
• Analyze CTR, CPI, CPA, and ROAS and decide what to scale, tweak, or stop based on data.
• Monitor competitors and trends, bringing the best into our work.
• Improve CPA, conversions, ROAS, and LTV through a systematic approach to creatives.
• Scale successful creatives to new GEOs and directions.
• Find new tools and best practices and integrate them into the process.
