Job summary

Acrisure Mortgage seeks a Creative Marketing Manager to define how our brand looks, sounds, and shows up in the market. You will lead campaigns, social content, and brand initiatives, shaping messaging and directing production across channels.

This role will collaborate with marketing leadership to develop concepts, write briefs, and ensure all materials reflect our brand standards. It also offers a growth path toward Creative Director as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creative marketing, advertising, or brand development.
• Ability to translate concepts into executable campaigns across channels.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong visual judgment and branding sense across campaigns.
• Experience directing social media content and video production.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the brand's creative direction and visual style for major initiatives.
• Develop campaign concepts and messaging frameworks for multi-channel use.
• Write and direct social media scripts, briefs, captions, and content ideas.
• Plan and guide photo/video shoots; supervise production from concept to delivery.
• Ensure consistency with brand standards and adaptability across audiences.
