Job summary

Waccamaw Dermatology is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support marketing initiatives, coordinate events, and manage content across Waccamaw Dermatology and Elara Cosmetic Dermatology.

The role collaborates with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns, update websites, manage email/SMS campaigns, and maintain brand standards across locations. Strong organizational and creative skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, events, communications, or a related role.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar video editing software preferred.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and other social media management software platforms preferred.
• Basic photography and short-form video editing skills preferred.
• Healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, hospitality, or multi-location marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns across print and digital channels under the Marketing Manager.
• Assist with website updates, email and SMS campaigns, CRM efforts, and simple campaign tracking.
• Produce and distribute brochures, signage, and promotional materials; manage materials across locations.
• Maintain brand consistency and coordinate with vendors, printers, photographers, and partners.
• Coordinate photography and video shoots, including scheduling and logistics.
• Manage social media accounts and publish content per brand strategy.
• Capture and edit short-form video for social platforms.
• Maintain a content calendar and monitor engagement for opportunities.
• Support community outreach, partnerships, and event sponsorships.
• Track events and assist with post-event reporting.
