Job summary

Midwest Heritage, A Hy-Vee Company, in West Des Moines, is seeking a Marketing and Graphic Design Intern. You will help turn ideas into campaign materials, digital content, and brand experiences while working with the marketing team to build practical design and communication skills.

Gain exposure to marketing strategy, campaign planning, budgets, and schedules; learn how creative decisions support business goals and collaborate with other interns on an enterprise-wide summer project.

Qualifications

• Junior standing; major in graphic design, marketing, or related field.
• GPA 3.0+ required.
• Prior marketing/graphic design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design materials for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand projects.
• Track projects, incorporate feedback, and manage deadlines.
• Draft social posts and blogs explaining financial topics accessibly.
• Support marketing plans by coordinating content with audience needs.
• Assist with summer events and enterprise-wide project.
