DiGeronimo Companies is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing across Independence Excavating, Independence Demolition, and related units. You will develop engaging content, coordinate social media efforts, produce video content, and assist with collateral and events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
2-4 years of marketing, communications, or graphic design experience preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
Experience managing business social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).
Experience with photography, videography, and video editing.
Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to collaborate with employees, project teams, and leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tech platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

Support and coordinate LinkedIn and Instagram strategies by planning content and analyzing performance.
Develop content by partnering with teams, gathering updates, and capturing media.
Plan, produce, and edit professional video content for projects and campaigns.
Create marketing collateral with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, ensuring brand consistency.
Support recruitment marketing with career materials and campaigns.
Collaborate with operational teams to prepare proposal content and presentations.
Maintain project profiles, employee resumes, and marketing assets.
Coordinate internal newsletters and company communications.
Assist with planning and executing events, partnerships, and community initiatives.
Manage business card requests and coordination with printing partners.
Oversee branded merchandise and inventory with vendors and Marketing Manager.
