Job summary

Independence Excavating, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and communications across Independence Excavating, Independence Demolition, and DiGeronimo Companies.

You will create content, assist with social media execution, and develop collateral alongside project teams. You will plan and edit professional video content, prepare materials for recruitment and events, and ensure brand consistency across digital and print media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or PR.
• 1–3 years in marketing, communications, or graphic design preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate social media strategies across platforms.
• Develop content by partnering with project teams; gather updates and media.
• Plan, produce, and edit professional video content for campaigns and events.
• Assist in marketing collateral with brand-consistency and high visuals.
• Support recruitment marketing with career materials and employer branding.
• Collaborate on proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations.
