Job summary

Brahmin Leather Works LLC is seeking a part-time, temporary Creative Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing team. The role is hybrid with 2–3 days on-site at our Fairhaven, MA HQ and flexible remote options.

Ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and passionate about fashion and storytelling. Responsibilities include coordinating assets, samples and creative projects to keep programs moving and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in marketing or creative roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma
• Interest in fashion, luxury brands and consumer products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support.
• Manage product samples, inventory and organization; track; organize quarterly inventory review.
• Organize and upload creative assets: Brand photography, video and product imagery.
• Assist with asset requests, file prep, naming, distribution and organization.
• Assist with basic image resizing, cropping, formatting, and production needs.
• Maintain organized libraries of current brand and product assets.
• Source visual references, competitive creative, trends and inspiration.
• Stay informed on fashion, luxury, retail, social and cultural trends.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Brahmin is seeking a part-time, temporary Creative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team. This entry-level position will provide essential day-to-day support across integrated marketing and creative initiatives. This role is considered hybrid, with flexibility to work from our corporate headquarters in Fairhaven, MA 2 - 3 days per week.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative and obsessed with fashion, culture and creative storytelling. This person will help keep programs moving, from managing creative assets and coordinating samples to assisting with ad hoc projects.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Creative & Team Support

• Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support.
• Manage product samples, inventory and organization as well as tracking; organize quarterly inventory review
• Organize and upload creative assets, including Brand photography, video and product imagery
• Assist with asset requests, file preparation, naming, distribution and organization.
• Assist with basic image resizing, cropping, formatting and other production needs.
• Maintain organized libraries of current brand and product assets.
• Help source visual references, competitive creative, trends, and inspiration.
• Stay informed on fashion, handbag, luxury, retail, social, and cultural trends.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications

• 2 years of experiencein marketing, creative or a related field; internships and relevant experience welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma or similar creative tools is a plus.
• Comfortable learning new systems, platforms and marketing tools.
• Interest in fashion, luxury, accessories, retail, and/or consumer brands.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
