Job summary

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, seeks a Marketing Content & Creative Specialist to support the Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness Center in Bentonville, AR. You’ll develop engaging written, visual, and multimedia content, collaborating with teams to inspire members to participate and explore what the center offers.

From concept to delivery, translate programming plans into compelling materials, plan content campaigns, and maintain brand standards across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
• 2-3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience writing and editing marketing copy across multiple channels.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for brand-compliant layouts.
• Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating copywriting and basic visual design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engaging content across email, social, web, and print.
• Collaborate with teams to translate programs into marketing materials.
• Plan and maintain a master content calendar and track campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and quality standards.
