Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in content development, creative marketing, or digital marketing (ecommerce preferred).
• Strong graphic design portfolio across digital and print platforms.
• Professional experience in photography and videography.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar email marketing platforms.
• Experience with WordPress, Magento, or similar CMS platforms.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (for catalog creation) is a MUST.
• Experience with Canva or similar tools (a plus).
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content optimization.
• Experience with content scheduling and social media management tools.
• Highly organized with strong time-management and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events.
• Develop graphic design solutions for print, web, social, email, and events while ensuring brand consistency.
• Coordinate professional photography and video production; host photoshoots and edit assets.
• Support email marketing automation, segmentation, testing, and performance reporting.
• Manage website content updates (WordPress, Magento or similar CMS) and optimize for SEO.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, HR, and leadership to bring campaigns to life and drive growth.
