Job summary

Addus HomeCare in the United States (Frisco, TX) is seeking a skilled marketing professional to support day-to-day marketing efforts. The role involves designing collateral, creating engaging content, and maintaining brand consistency across branches.

You will collaborate with teams to implement campaigns, manage communications, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials while upholding branding guidelines and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field strongly preferred.
• At least 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced Expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficient in Canva, Smartsheet, and Outlook.
• Self-starter with exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills with good grammar and sentence structure.
• Creative, conversational writing style with personality in messaging.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to work with multiple levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce complex marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, ads, etc.).
• Create meaningful content to build brand equity.
• Receive and process promotional orders from branch sites.
• Maintain consistent messaging and enforce branding guidelines.
• Support local branches by executing marketing and communication tactics.
• Develop and distribute internal communications (newsletters, announcements).
• Ensure projects are organized and run smoothly and on time.
• Maintain location information on online vendors and search engines.
