Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in live event production, theatrical lighting, or corporate events.
• Experience programming and operating professional lighting consoles.
• Understanding DMX, sACN, Art-Net, and lighting networking concepts.
• Ability to travel and work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended event schedules.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design concepts for meetings, sessions, exhibits, and events.
• Program and operate lighting consoles during rehearsals and live events.
• Lead installation, focus, rehearsal, and show execution.
• Troubleshoot lighting systems and resolve onsite issues.
• Coordinate with video, audio, and rigging teams to ensure show quality.
