Job summary

Backtofront LLC is seeking a Line Cook for our busy restaurant. You will use high-quality ingredients to prepare meals that wow our guests and maintain a clean, organized station. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience.

You will be responsible for presenting dishes attractively, supervising teammates during service, managing inventory, and upholding food safety standards as part of daily kitchen openings and closings.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification is required or preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner
• Supervise and delegate tasks to other team members
• Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
• Follow all food safety regulations
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management
