Printfresh is seeking a highly creative Freelance Home & Lifestyle Design Lead to drive the evolution of our home categories, including bedding, tabletop, and decorative textiles. This is a temporary freelance position (1099) with 10-20 hours per week, split between the Philadelphia office and remote work.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in home design, decorative textiles, or soft goods for an elevated lifestyle or fashion brand.
• Strong knowledge of textile design, repeat layout, color theory, and materials for home applications.
• Ability to translate whimsical prints into sophisticated home goods.
• Experience with factories and vendors on product development, sampling, and quality control.
• Highly collaborative with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; 3D mockups or rendering is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with eye for both big picture and details.

Responsabilidades

• Lead creative development for bedding, tabletop, textiles, and gift items.
• Collaborate with print team to adapt patterns for home applications.
• Develop concepts focusing on scale, repeat, and usability for home formats.
• Source materials balancing comfort, durability, beauty, and responsible production.
• Oversee product lifecycle from concept to delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Present concepts to leadership and maintain brand cohesion across lifestyle categories.
