You\'ll join a fast-moving, collaborative creative team where ideas are expected to travel from strategy to execution. The role requires someone who can think at a campaign level, inspire teams across disciplines, and maintain a high creative bar while navigating multiple workstreams simultaneously.

This role will lead the creative development of marketing campaigns across the EA SPORTS portfolio: crafting concepts, defining creative direction, shaping storytelling, and ensuring every execution meets the highest creative standard. You\'ll partner closely with internal teams and external production partners to bring ambitious ideas to life from pitch through delivery.

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time.
