Job summary

You will mentor junior designers, collaborate with marketing, product, and external agencies, and ensure brand consistency while delivering on time and on brief. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5+ years design experience with progressive responsibility.
• Experience leading creative execution end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of major brand campaigns.
• Produce high-fidelity design work across digital, print, social, and in-restaurant channels.
• Provide craft feedback and project leadership to junior designers.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and external agencies.
• Ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.
• Stay ahead of design trends and tools, including AI assisted design.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with stakeholders.
