Qualifications

• Ability to originate ideas and develop them from early concept through to outcomes.
• Prototype ideas using code, AI tools, design tools, or other methods.
• Familiarity with generative AI models and prompt development.

Responsibilities

• Own development of bold conceptual ideas for brand campaigns, launches, partnerships, and experiences.
• Simplify blockchain, payments, and financial infrastructure into clear narratives.
• Treat briefs as strategic problems, aligning insight, idea, and execution.
• Explore AI and emerging tech to unlock creative possibilities.
• Prototype ideas using AI, code, and design tools.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, engineers, and leaders to deliver polished executions.
• Maintain a high bar for craft so original ideas carry through final experiences.
