Job summary

Medpace, a Cincinnati-based global CRO, is seeking an experienced Creative Services Manager to lead a diverse team of writers, designers, and trainers within the Information Design group. The role focuses on developing compelling content, branding, and training materials for a wide audience across clinical research programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in writing or design with 6+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative direction and project management on client work, including branding, content, and assets.
• Create engaging videos and user documentation/training materials.
• Manage challenging situations and develop solutions.
• Champion department projects to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment for the creative team.
• Collaborate with the Medpace team to communicate processes and deliver high-quality materials on time.
• Bring passion for creative work, science/medicine, mentorship, and collaboration.
