Job summary

Medpace is seeking a full-time, office-based Associate Director, Account Management to join our Commercial Operations team. The role will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success.

You will prepare bids, oversee financial and contractual performance, and maintain strong sponsor relationships during ongoing clinical trials. You will develop pricing strategies, oversee proposals, and guide Account Analysts as needed to support growth and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree required in business, finance, accounting or medicine, health and life sciences.
• 5+ years in clinical research and/or contract management/pricing.
• Strong working knowledge of financial and accounting processes.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and drug development services.
• Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent computer skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft® Excel; and
• Past supervisory experience preferred.
