Job summary

Galileo Health is seeking a Creative Hospitalitarian for a fully remote role in the U.S. You will deliver personalized customer support, connect users to appropriate Galileo services, and help enhance patient experiences across our multi-state network.

Ideal candidates bring strong hospitality instincts, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate complex systems. Remote work is supported with collaboration in-office as needed.

Location:

This is a fully remote position.

Compensation:

$20-22 per hour based on experience, location, and market dynamics
