Job summary

Galileo Health is seeking a Creative Hospitalitarian to deliver personalized support to patients and coordinate healthcare navigation across clinical and administrative teams in a fully remote role.

You will guide patients to Galileo services, process authorizations, and collect medical records while building strong relationships and maintaining attention to detail. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; standard schedule supports work-life balance.

Location: This is a fully remote position.

Compensation: $20-22 per hour based on experience, location, and market dynamics
