Ulta Beauty is hiring a Stylist to consult with guests on hair care needs and provide professional services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments. The role emphasizes guest service, sales, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

The Stylist will work to exceed service and retail goals, build lasting client relationships, and participate in ongoing trainings to stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for hair design, color, textures and makeup.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive guest service.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests and consult on hair care needs and services.
• Perform hair services: design, cuts, color, styling, treatments and extensions.
• Recommend products and drive sales to meet service and retail goals.
• Maintain salon standards, safety, sanitation, and inventory.
• Collaborate with EM/ASM to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
