You should have a cosmetology license, salon experience, and strong communication skills to build relationships with guests and collaborate with team members across the store.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Proficiency in haircutting, hair coloring, styling and makeup services.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair design, haircuts, color, texture, styling, updos, extensions and related services.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and retail products.
• Maintain salon standards and ensure a high-quality guest experience.
• Collaborate with Experience Manager and ASM to deliver a total-store guest experience.
