Regis Corporation is seeking motivated Stylists to deliver exceptional client experiences in onsite salon locations. You will consult with clients, perform services, educate on home care, and participate in local marketing efforts to grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Work well in a team or independently to deliver client experiences.
• Market yourself in the community and salon to grow clientele.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and apply service techniques to provide quality services.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives and client appreciation events.
• Educate clients about home hair care and recommended services/products.
• Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through excellent customer service.
• Complete POS and scheduling tasks promptly.
• Communicate positively with clients, team leaders, and support staff.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and be flexible for night/weekend shifts.
• Attend required technical training sessions and follow policies.
