Qualifications

• Graduated 90 days or less from cosmetology school (Stylist-in-Training).
• Valid cosmetology or barber license required for Stylist position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality services by consulting with clients and applying the appropriate service techniques.
• Educate clients about home hair care and recommend services/products.
• Maintain client satisfaction and loyalty through excellent customer service.
• Complete administrative tasks such as closing tickets on the POS system and scheduling appointments.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and leadership.
• Attend required training sessions and follow salon procedures.
