Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid cosmetology or barber’s license (or be within 90 days of graduating).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
• Market yourself locally to grow clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality services by consulting with clients and applying service techniques.
• Educate clients on home hair care and product recommendations.
• Perform consultations and state final price before service begins.
• Complete administrative tasks (POS, scheduling) promptly.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards set by Regis and adapt to salon needs.
• Maintain flexibility to perform all offered services and follow workplace procedures.
