Ulta Beauty is seeking a Hairstylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend services and products. You will deliver quality professional services and support the Experience Manager with a focus on performance, guest service, and procedures.

The role requires passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge to guests and colleagues. Flexibility to work across busy store locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient in hair design, cuts, color, texture, styling, and treatments.
• Strong guest service and retail/sales skills.
• Able to communicate product knowledge and build client relationships.
