Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, haircuts, color, texture, styling, updos, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup, brows, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales and guest loyalty metrics.
• Demonstrate products to guests to drive sales and enrich the guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on new trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
