Job description

LIV Development is recruiting students interested in a full-time graphic design internship for the Summer of 2026 (May-July). Students will work closely with LIV’s in-house, multidisciplinary design team, LIV Creative Group (LCG), to aid in the successful visioning, design, and execution of LIV’s multiple brand platforms and unique multifamily properties. LCG is a collaborative team of creatives who are committed to design excellence from project conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the brand evolution of LIV Development and its multiple brand platforms through a variety of design channels.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to craft the design ethos for each Livano multifamily property.
• Support the broader Livano brand through print, web, social, and product design.
• Enhance the unique identity of each Livano property through signage design and environmental graphics.
• Work closely with LIV’s Operations and Marketing teams to implement on-site multimedia design.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in graphic design, creative design, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail.
• A self-starter with excellent organizational skills, time management abilities, and a proactive attitude.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator required; working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop preferred.
