Qualifications

• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.

• Safely use utensils including knives.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam using various methods.
• Arrange and portion food per guidelines.
• Store food per safety policies.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor.
• Follow Aramark safety policies and protect company assets.
