Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to recipes and guidelines.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, and chopping.
• Safely uses utensils and operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Bakes, roasts, steams and uses various cooking methods.
• Arranges and portions food according to guidelines.
• Stores food following food safety policies and procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment.
• Maintains customer service and positive demeanor toward guests and staff.
• Follows Aramark safety policies and protects company assets.
