Job summary

STI in Nashville, TN is seeking a landscape architect with strong concept and schematic design skills to develop plans, renderings, and phasing for parks, trails, and civic campuses.

You will draft CAD bases tied to GIS data, produce site analyses and alternatives, and support public workshops and charrettes while ensuring ADA/ABA accessibility standards.

Portfolio with CAD work and at least one nature-based project required; willing to travel statewide and work outdoors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in landscape architecture/design (parks, trails, civic, or campus).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp (or similar) and familiar with GIS workflows (shapefiles, georeferencing, exports).
• Ability to create concept, schematic, and phasing plans.
• Knowledge of ADA/ABA universal design standards.
• Willing and able to travel statewide and work outdoors.
• Portfolio required with conceptual and CAD work (include at least one nature-based project).
