Job summary

Casper College is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to plan and design printed materials, digital media, and exhibit elements for college publications and events. You will work under the direction of the Art Director to ensure the college communicates its message clearly and consistently.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field plus 2 years graphic design work experience or
• High School Diploma with 4 years related graphic design experience
• Online portfolio of current work available at time of application
• Proficiency with Mac and PC; Adobe Creative Suite and Canva portfolio demonstrated

Responsibilities

• Create design media elements under Art Director guidance to convey messages to students, alumni, and community
• Collaborate with staff to identify graphics needs, budgets, and deadlines and liaise with printers/publishers
• Provide progress updates throughout project timelines
• Produce flyers, posters, digital signage, social media assets, video graphics, and brand assets
• Ensure accessibility standards in digital media design
• Adhere to Casper College brand and style standards; ensure accuracy and quality
• Prepare InDesign files for printers and generate Acrobat files for delivery
• Coordinate vendor orders and assist budget-related activities for the department
• Support the Strategic Communication & Marketing office with asset management and distribution of materials
