Job summary

Champro Sports is seeking a Creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Illinois. The role focuses on conceptualizing and delivering digital and print materials, from product collateral to emails and social graphics.

A passion for typography, art, and color, plus the ability to rapidly translate ideas into designs, is essential. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design or related field and 2+ years of experience with a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with a strong portfolio of design work.
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Photography and video editing experience a plus.
• Web design and HTML experience are a plus.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, create and develop digital and print promotional materials.
• Produce product marketing collateral, email promotions and social graphics.
• Create sublimation templates and graphics for Wave and Surge printing.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales to meet project needs.
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and remain consistent across platforms.

We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer to join our talented marketing team.

Position:

The Creative Graphic Designer will be responsible for the conception, creation and development of digital and print promotional materials. The position will play a pivotal role on the product team to produce various materials such as product marketing collateral, email promotions, social media graphics and other marketing collateral. Our ideal candidate possesses a passion for typography, art, and color and stays abreast of current design trends. This role demands a highly motivated individual capable of swiftly generating concepts and transforming them into actionable design solutions.

Essential Functions:

• Utilizes graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs
• Develops creative and innovative design concepts that align with project goals and requirements
• Creates sublimation design templates that reflect current trends and appeal to customers and consumers.
• Develops graphic templates for Wave (screen printing) and Surge (direct-to-film printing, or DTF) that align with current market trends
• Collaborates with Product, Sales, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver designs that meet expectations.
• Create “Game Ready” graphics that support the long-term strategy of providing more value-added decoration options
• Design uniforms and graphics that bring energy, style, and visual appeal to the product offering.
• Manages multiple projects, prioritizes tasks, and uses available resources to meet deadlines.
• Ensures that all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms
• Demonstrates a passion for design and a commitment to creative excellence.
• Maintains and enhances design standards with motivation
• Incorporates feedback to refine designs and achieve project goals
• Experience with placing graphics on hard goods product including inflatables
• Possess effective time management skills
• Other duties as assigned design concepts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field
• 2+-years of previous experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
• Strong command of Adobe Creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
• Photography & Video Editing skills/experience a plus
• Web design and HTML experience are a plus
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and articulate design concepts
