Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, real estate experience preferred.
• Proven success leading marketing strategy and driving measurable results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality marketing materials for listings, brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
• Create and edit video content for social media, websites, and campaigns.
• Produce graphics and short-form videos to boost engagement and brand presence.
• Maintain and update websites and social channels with fresh content.
• Develop and schedule social media content aligned with branding and goals.
• Collaborate with agents and leadership on custom marketing pieces.
