Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking a Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist to combine strong design skills with marketing execution. You’ll create brochures, email templates, social graphics, and brand materials using Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite, while helping plan campaigns across social platforms and email.

The ideal candidate is a designer at heart who can wear multiple marketing hats, produce high-quality work quickly, and maintain brand consistency across all channels. Raleigh office required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in graphic design, marketing, communications or related field with portfolio demonstrating layout and branding.
• Experience delivering print and digital design across brochures, emails, social assets and campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with brand voice consistency across channels.

Responsibilities

• Design brochures, flyers, event materials, presentations, digital banners, and ads with on-brand visuals.
• Create email templates and campaign graphics optimized for multiple devices and clients.
• Develop social media graphics and templates for each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).
• Build and maintain brand assets and templates in Canva for team-wide consistency.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital output with correct sizing and color accuracy.
