Job summary

Walter Pine LLC in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a creative and passionate Part-Time Florist to join our team. You will design floral arrangements for weddings, events, and daily orders, and assist customers in choosing flowers and add-ons.

This role rewards a strong eye for color and composition, excellent customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. You will receive, process, and store fresh inventory, maintain a tidy shop floor, and build lasting client

Qualifications

• Prior experience in floral design or a related creative field preferred
• Strong eye for color, composition and Walter Pine floral design aesthetics
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements for events, weddings, and daily orders
• Assist customers in selecting flowers, arrangements, and add-ons
• Receive, process, and store fresh flower inventory to maintain quality
• Maintain a clean, organized shop floor and workspace
• Process customer orders in-store, by phone, and online
• Monitor and replenish floral supplies and materials as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
