Responsibilities

• Cut and arrange live flowers and foliage according to orders and design specs.
• Create bouquets, sprays, wreaths, dish gardens, terrariums, and other arrangements.
• Follow written orders including occasion, color, price, and completion time.
• Produce standard and specialty floral designs.
• Produce arrangements per company quality standards.
• Complete daily production sheets accurately.
• Maintain a production rate of 3–4 arrangements per hour.
• Assist with plants and dish garden maintenance.
• Support other departments when needed.
• Be available for extended hours during peak floral holidays.
• Maintain flexibility to support holiday schedules.
• Perform holiday makeup production as needed.
• Potentially supervise holiday makeup production when required.
